USER AGREEMENT AND PRIVACY POLICY

The company KyivSpeed (hereinafter referred to as "KyivSpeed"), registered in Ukraine with the tax identification number (TIN) 3505108050 and legal address at 16 Karbysheva Street, Office 12, is the owner of the KyivSpeed application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application").

This application provides users with warnings about speed cameras, real-time road condition updates, and other essential information for safer and more efficient driving.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Application and all of its contents, including but not limited to texts, photos, graphics, audio and video materials, software, logos, trademarks, names, and icons, are the property of the company KyivSpeed or their respective licensors. Copying, in whole or in part, and reproducing the content, as well as reverse-engineering any content used in the application, is strictly prohibited.

KyivSpeed cares about your privacy. This privacy policy is intended to help you understand what information we collect and process, why we do it, and how you can access your information. In this privacy policy, the term "personal information" refers to information that you provide to the application and that identifies you individually, such as your name, device identification code, email address, or location.

WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND WHY WE USE IT?

Information about Application Usage When you install the Application on your device, the Application collects and processes ANONYMOUS information about its usage and the device on which it is installed. For example: usage frequency of the Application, usage time, device type and model, identification tags, language, operating system version, and battery usage. We also collect ANONYMOUS information about error reports and program effectiveness. All the information collected is used to maintain and improve the quality of the services provided. Thanks to this information, SPEEDSTER can offer a personalized service, make improvements to the program, and fix errors in its operation. We also use this information to communicate with you by sending messages with updates, promotions, and news related to the Application. Under no circumstances do we sell this data or provide it to third parties for use, except when required by law.

Location Information

Since KyivSpeed offers location-based services, and you use these services, KyivSpeed has the right to collect and process data about your location in order to provide its location- based services. We do not have the right to access your location via GPS without your consent. Most browsers and devices already have default settings for enabling or disabling location services. If the user has given permission to track their location, the Application can obtain real-time location information. The Application uses user location data through GPS for the following purposes:

To alert the USER, based on their location, about various road situations such as speed cameras, warnings from other users, hazardous areas, controlled traffic lights, and/or provide other useful information about the road conditions.

COMPLIANCE WITH LEGAL STANDARDS

Compliance with the GDPR Law in the European Union We regularly review our privacy policy to ensure that all information processing is carried out in accordance with the law. The GDPR law is a new standard in the European Union for the protection of citizens' privacy. As a user of the Application, you have certain rights related to the use of your "personal information." Using the Application implies the following: • You accept the risk associated with the use of this Application. • You accept the consequences that may result from using any of the services of this Application, irrespective of their function or purpose. • You assume responsibility for any harm that may occur as a result of another user's or third party's usage. • You release KyivSpeed from any liability for negative outcomes or undesirable consequences associated with any form of legal violation. • You are responsible for any use of the Application for unlawful purposes that involves a breach of existing regulations.

CANCELLATION OF SERVICES

You have the right to cancel all services of this Application at any time by uninstalling the Application from your device. If you had previously activated an automatic subscription for additional services, you can cancel it in the corresponding section of your phone's settings.
